There are foods that go beyond the purely gastronomic. The Iberian ham of acorn is one of them. And it is difficult not to fall victim to the exclusive taste of a unique product in the world. Iberian pigs bred extensively in the meadows of Extremadura and fed acorns during the montanera season.
The juicy meat and quality that is appreciated in each cut will transport us to the artisan flavors and endearments that we all keep in our memories.

The origin

We raise and fatten our animals in total freedom in the incomparable setting of the pastures of our region.

Elaboration process

The hams have a low salt point and a slow healing of more than 30 months.

Jamones Iberbal is a company dedicated to the breeding of Iberian pigs under an extensive system, from them it elaborates and commercializes Iberian products of first quality.
We work the whole process to bring the best direct products to the consumer, at the best price.
Jamones Iberbal obtains the raw material of its production in its own farms located in the municipalities of Arroyo de la Luz and Brozas, areas of pasture that meet the optimal conditions for the best development and breeding of the best examples of the Iberian pig.
We have modern facilities, where we incorporate the new technologies of the sector, carrying out a broad production, and taking into account at all times the craftsmanship that is needed in production to meet the new challenges of the sector and international expansion.
